Changed your mind?

In the event that you want to request a refund, please contact us on shop@ideapr.co.uk within 10 days of receiving your order to raise your request and to confirm the return address. Don’t forget to state your order number and please do not send your order back without contacting us first. Your order must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt.  I.DEA PR offers free returns at our London Office. 

Please do your best to try on, handle and repackage the items with care. Any merchandise returned must be unused and received back in its original condition - this means it must be unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume and have all original tags attached. When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. The package sent back to us must clearly state that it is a return. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receiving the return, and will be refunded to the original payment method used when the order was placed. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that the shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. I.DEA PR does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

Faulty product?

Faulty or incorrect goods / products must be reported within 24 hour after delivery. If your product is damaged in transport you must report this as soon as possible by sending us detailed descriptions and images. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to our limited sizing and stock, we do however advise ordering your item again in the correct size or colour and returning the other item to us.
